Time for CHAPTER MEETING! (SM4)
Summer is over! During the 20th of September, the FIRST Chapter meeting of this school year is taking place.
The meeting will be held after the school day ends (17:30 ish) and will be held in one of the lecture halls in the A-school. In case of a long meeting, where we would have to adjourn, we will continue the meeting the 21st of September (the day after).
This is going to be a big meeting and it is mainly going to focus on filling open upcoming positions within the chapter. It is the last meeting of the year of operation 2022-2023 of the Chapter of Architecture and thus, the positions of responsibility for the next year’s board and associations need to be filled. Note! Only the positions of responsibilities are going to be chosen during this meeting! If you want to engage within an association or board, but not be the head of it, there will be another upcoming event for you soon!
It is also possible to submit motions and interpellations. A motion is a request to change something in our policy documents and an interpellation is a question regarding the policy documents.
We will be selling purple ovves and other chapter-related clothing during the meeting.
We will be serving food during this meeting.
