It is nearly time for the first chapter meeting (SM) of the new semester! The meeting will be held on Wednesday January 29 from 17.30, in A123 (one of the lecture halls on the ground floor of the A school).
The meeting will be focused on choosing new representatives to THS Union Council, protection agent, as well as the vacant positions that were not filled during the previous SM1. Applications or nominations for positions of responsibility are made HERE.
You can also send in motions and interpellations! A motion is a request to change something within our governing documents and an interpellation is a question that is asked in relation to some part of the governing documents. These are sent in HERE.
As always, we will serve food during the meeting (look out for a message on slack a few days before, to ensure there’s food for you), and if you stay for the entire meeting, you will also receive a badge.
