It is nearly time for the first chapter meeting (SM) of the new operating year!
The meeting will be held on Thursday November 7 from 17.30, in A124 (one of the lecture halls on the ground floor of the A school).
The meeting will be focused on choosing the standard bearer, election committee, and filling the vacant positions that were not filled during the previous SM4. Applications or nominations for positions of responsibility are made HERE. Standard bearers are nominated by the board of the chapter to be confirmed or denied at the chapter meeting, meaning that position is not in the nomination form.
You can also send in motions and interpellations! A motion is a request to change something within our governing documents and an interpellation is a question that is asked in relation to some part of the governing documents. These are sent in HERE.
As always, we will serve food during the meeting (look out for a message on slack a few days before, to ensure there’s food for you), and if you stay for the entire meeting, you will also receive a badge.
