It’s time for the first chapter meeting of the school year! The meeting will be held on September 18 around 5:30 p.m., in room A123.
SM4 is the biggest chapter meeting of the year, as the term of office for most positions within the chapter now ends, and these positions will be re-elected – this includes all board positions, heads of committees, economically responsible for the committees, as well as the chairman and auditors. The positions as heads of the EDI board, study board and sustainability board will also be available this meeting, even though those mandate periods usually follow the calendar year.

You can also send in motions and interpellations! A motion is a request to change something within our governing documents and an interpellation is a question that is asked in relation to some part of the governing documents. As always we will be serving food during the meeting, be sure to react to the message that will be sent out on Slack a couple of days before to ensure there is food for you! If you attend the entire meeting, you will also receive a patch.
