Områden som berörs är följande:
● Korrigeringar
Det finns en del förändringar och förtydliganden som behöver göras för att stadgarna ska stämma överens med tidigare beslut. Det finns även en del förtydliganden och ändringar som vore bra att göra för att arbetet ska fungera smidigare i framtiden.
● Sektionsklädsel
Vi föreslår ett förtydligande och tillägg till 2.4 Sektionsklädsel som redan tillämpas i nuläget men som inte finns dokumenterat i stadgarna.
● Programansvarig student
Vi föreslår att posten Programansvarig student blir en valbar post i styrelsen som röstas igenom separat på sektionsmötena istället för att bara vara en av flera ledamöter som styrelsen sen internt bestämmer. Detta eftersom arbetet som programansvarig student är mer än bara styrelsearbetet då man ansvarar över studienämnden och jobbar med studiebevakning på flera nivåer.
● Operativa arbetsgrupper
Vi har föreslagit en förtydligande av skillnaden mellan utskott, nämnder och kommittéer för att skapa en tydligare struktur i sektionen. Förslaget följer hur vi redan jobbar idag, men som inte finns beskrivet i stadgarna.
● Ekonomi
Med det ekonomiska systemet som röstades in förra året och ett höjt bidrag detta år från skolan behövs en del förtydligande. I samband med detta förslår även styrelsen en del förändringar för att förbättra och underlätta de ekonomiska arbetet.

Following topics are affected:
● Corrections
There are some changes and clarifications that need to be made for the statutes to
agree with previous decisions. There are also some clarifications and changes that
would be good to do so procedures will run more smoothly in the future.
● Chapter specific clothes
We propose a clarification and addition to 2.4 Sectional clothing that is already applied at present
but which are not documented in the statues.
● Student Representative Responsible for School Program
We propose that the position Student Representative Responsible for School Program (PAS) will be an elected post on the board, which is voted on through a separate vote at a section meetings instead of just being one of several members of the board, who the board then internally decides. The workload for PAS is higher than the rest of the several members, since they are in charge of the Study Committee and work with
tudy supervision at several levels.
● Operational working groups
We have proposed a clarification of the difference between advisory committees, commissions and committees in order to create a clearer structure in the section. The proposal follows how we already work today, but which does not have a description in our statues yet.
● Economy
With the economic system voted during last year and a high contribution to this year the school needs some clarification. In connection with this, the board also proposes some changes to use and facilitate economic work.
